Overview

CONSTRUCTION

AAAC 6201-T81 type bare aluminum alloy conductors are concentrically stranded and made with wires of this alloy. Its form of packaging are reels in lengths according to the needs of the client.


APPLICATIONS

AAAC (All Aluminum Alloy Conductor) 6201-T81 stranded bare aluminum alloy conductors, class AA and A, are used for electric power transmission and distribution lines, when for reasons of line design, an effort of high tension and a high mechanical effort-weight ratio for the optimization of deflections in long spans. These conductors are especially useful for installations in coastal areas or areas with high environmental corrosion, where ACSR cannot be used.
