CONSTRUCTION
Triplex type cables are made up of two insulated conductors and one bare conductor that can be AAC, ACSR or AAAC-6201-T81 twisted together; the phase and neutral conductors are made with concentrically stranded 1350-H19 or 6201-T81 aluminum alloy wires, respectively; the insulators are covered with a uniform layer of black polyethylene thermoplastic material (PE-Carbon Black) or cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), also black, resistant to humidity, heat and sunlight; subsequently the two conductors are twisted together. Its form of packaging are reels in lengths according to the needs of the client.
APPLICATIONS
Triplex-type aluminum conductors are used for electrical connections supported by a bare neutral messenger from the secondary public network that passes through the sector to the meter or meter panel, in public lighting circuits and as a closed-type secondary network. This type of conductor can be used in dry and humid places, its maximum operating temperature is 75 °C or 90 °C (depending on the insulation used) and the service voltage is 0.3 kV for phase-neutral and 0.6 kV for phase-phase.
